Primal Fernando serves as the Co-President of the Victorian Public Sector Enablers Network, bringing over 25 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. A strong advocate for people with disabilities within the Public Sector, Primal champions Diversity & Inclusion across various public forums as a keynote speaker.

In 2024, Primal led the VPS Enablers Network's inaugural Digital Accessibility and Inclusion Forum. This year, he contributed to a team that developed a pilot project aimed at helping young people with disabilities secure meaningful employment for the first time in their careers by providing essential skills training as part of his advocacy work in Sri Lanka.
