Kylie Gorman has over 30 years’ experience in the disability sector, spanning complex service delivery in government and for purpose organisations. Her career has focused on leading person centred supports within highly regulated environments and driving organisational transformation at scale.

At Life Without Barriers, Kylie bridges deep human services expertise with digital strategy. She leads business transformation enabled through the organisation’s Technology Roadmap initiatives. She brings a strong understanding of the needs of people being supported, the realities faced by support workers and frontline leaders, and how digital and AI tools can be leveraged to enhance productivity, improve client experience, strengthen compliance, and support data informed decision making. Kylie is passionate about aligning people, process, and platforms to enable sustainable change and successful technology adoption.
