Jodi Martin is General Manager Innovation at Guide Dogs NSW/ACT, where she leads the development of new technologies, products, and services to improve outcomes for people with disability. With over 20 years of experience across public health and the disability sector, she brings deep expertise in strategy, digital innovation, and accessibility, particularly in blindness and low vision.

Jodi specialises in translating ideas into practical, scalable solutions, bridging the gap between strategy and delivery. Her work is informed by both professional experience and lived experience of disability, enabling her to create shared understanding across stakeholders and design truly user-centred solutions.
She holds a Master of Public Health from UNSW and has completed governance training with the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Jodi is passionate about shaping inclusive innovation that delivers meaningful, real-world impact.
