Jessica Lane

Jess Lane is a dynamic leader in disability innovation, inclusion, and community development, with extensive experience across the disability, health, and social impact sectors. She is currently Chief Executive Officer at Life Choice Wide Bay Burnett, where she drives culture change, integrated service delivery, and innovation to improve outcomes for people with disability.

Jess has led numerous groundbreaking initiatives including the Home for Good Project, Live to Give, and accessibility programs such as Beach Mat Access and all-abilities sporting events. She also founded the world’s first Lions Club governed exclusively by people with disability and has been recognised in the NDS State of the Sector report.

With over 15 years of leadership experience, Jess brings expertise in inclusion, support coordination, and system reform. She is a strong advocate for accessibility in housing and community design and contributes to national advisory and humanitarian work focused on resilience and human rights.
