Ashley has over 20 years leadership experience working in the education and community services sectors, working in a variety of management positions in Western Australia and Victoria before moving to the Northern Territory in early 2015.
Ashley was appointed Deputy CEO of Somerville Housing in May 2025 and brings experience overseeing a diverse portfolio of programs and services within the Northern Territory. Ashley is a Graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders.
